Alongside the potato, corn and wheat typically grown on the sprawling and spacious farms of Boise, Idaho, Torrie Wilson, one of wrestling's most athletic athletes, made an appearance. Wilson became a sports entertainer after she and her then boyfriend visited WCW in the stage backstage. She ended up accompanying Scott Steiner to the ring, and stayed working in the ring for close to a decade after that. Wilson also managed opponents David Flair (occasionally), Billy Kidman, Shanth Douglas as well as The Filthy Children, while competing on the WCW circuit. Wilson became a member of WWE shortly after WWE bought WCW. Wilson's athleticism as well as her love of entertainment meant she was a perfect choice to WWE in one of the entertainment industry's biggest eras. Wilson's partnership with her friend (and sometimes rival) Stacy Keibler helped make her the key player in WWE's takeover of WWE. Wilson was a part of WCW's WWE women's division following the invasion by WCW. The rivalries she faced included Keibler Sable Melina. Wilson stood up for her family against Dawn Marie.
