Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson (born April 14, 1970) is a famous American actress, singer as well as a writer and director. She is best known for her character Tara Maclay on the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and was also the director and performed in her own movies Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Benson also appeared in the movie Kiss the Bride. Benson was born on January 8, 1977 in Birmingham Alabama the daughter of Diane Benson and Edward Benson a psychiatrist. Danielle is her elder sister and an artist. Benson attended a Reform Jewish synagogue when she was growing up. Her mother was a Southern Baptist and raised Jewish by her father is also Jewish. Benson's acting career has continued to flourish after the conclusion of Buffy. She was in films such as The Killing Jar, and shows such as Morganville The Series. Benson also utilised her talents in writing for the Ghosts of Albion Series and directed Drones in the year 2010.
