Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress. Her fame grew during the final decade of 1970 and in the early 1980s with continuing appearances in various television shows that she conveyed a glamorous image. Fairchild first appeared on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Fairchild made her debut as Jennifer Pace in CBS's morning soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She portrayed Jenna Wade for the first time in 1978. Following that she was offered the lead role in NBC's Flamingo Road. (For this show, she was awarded a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's short lived show on primetime called Paper Dolls. In 1985 until 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was actively involved in theatre as well as guest roles for television series like Roseanne, Cybill and Friends and Murphy Brown. For the latter she won an Primetime Emmy Award.
