Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, TV host and actress best known for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. Sheryl was a part of her childhood caring for her sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. When she was growing up, Sheryl was plagued by problems with her mom. Sheryl stated that in one instance, her mother attacked one of the parents to her son as she had been a little too closer to the father. Sheryl enlisted in the military after her college graduation. Sheryl's passion for comedy was evident. In 1989 she was the first woman to reach the top in the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. She began her TV job in the year 1992, appearing as a frequently performing performer on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She was the host of the TV show Oh Drama! in 2000. In 2011, she began appearing as a co-host on The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. She's appeared in fictitious show such as Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
